Doodle Pantry Release

It's Tuesday!  That now means it's time for some more new releases at Doodle Pantry!!  We've got some fun, fun sets for you today!

My first card is made using Critter Bugs...

I used a colored image, sentiment, and digi paper from this set.  They are cut out with Spellbinders Petite Ovals and Petite Scalloped Ovals.  I embossed the paper with CB Swiss Dots and With Gratitude.  There are tiny black adhesive pearls in some of the flowers but they are kind of hidden by the black gem flourishes.

I'm submitting this card to these challenges...
Dies R Us #18 - die cut + embossing folder
Crafting from the Heart #43 - anything goes
Tuesday Throwdown #228 - embossing
Here's everything that comes with this set...

My second card is made using Little Boy Valentines...

I printed the image twice and fussy cut the truck and wheels for some dimension.  After cutting and embossing the digi paper with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics A, I sanded it to rough it up a bit.  Black baker's twine gives some interest and texture.  The sentiment is cut using Spellbinders Ribbon Banners.

Isn't this an adorable set??

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!  Please take a minute to check out the new releases at Doodle Pantry and don't forget that you still have time to play in our Ants In My Pants Digital Challenge 1.  :)

Verse card

*Scroll down or click HERE for my Tuesday Morning Sketches post*

I've got a verse card today.  I'm going to print this verse again since I had originally printed it with some friends in mind, but then sent it to another friend that I thought could use the encouragement.  I love the phrase, "Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk."  So thankful for the Lord's daily leading in my life!

The verse is the free word art from Word Art Wednesday this week.  It is inked with TH walnut stain.  The verse is cut out with Spellbinders Petite Circles Large and Small and then matted with Labels 18.  DP is Prima Stationer's Desk and is embossed with CB Teresa Collins Timeless EF.  The ribbon is Casa Collection from Joann.

Challenges...
Word Art Wednesday #165 - anything goes w/ word art or uplifting sentiment

Thanks for stopping and have a blessed day!!

**FYI you do not have to "prove you are not a robot" to comment.  Just ignore that! ;)

Let it snow!

Some of you may groan at that title, but if you've followed me for any time at all, you probably know that I LOVE SNOW!!!  I love to ski, skate, go sledding, and even make snow angels!  ;)   We had a big storm early in December then the temp got waaaaay too warm for December and it all melted.  The temperatures have plummeted, but sadly, the snow has been scarce.  But I'm still hoping for SNOW!!!!!

All that to explain why I chose this sentiment with this adorable little snowman...

My image and sentiment are from "Little Snowman" -  From the Heart Stamps.  It is colored using Spectrum Noir markers and cut out using Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics A and Spellbinders Tile Works.  My DP is K&Co.  The snowflakes are Sweet 'n Sassy Small Snowflake Dies.  The hat and snow are colored with a sparkly gel pen.

Challenges...
FTHS Stamp of the Month Jan - must use "Little Snowman"
Sentimental Sundays #241 - Winter Sparkle

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!!
